Our Story

The inspiration and recipes behind Little Provence Sandwich Bistro comes from our Grandmother, Rosie Posie, who has lived for over 60 years in the French countryside region of Provence.

Provence is the fruit and vegetable garden of France.  Its rolling hillsides are abundant with vineyards, olive groves, all manner of produce, lavender fields, herbs & spices, which produce fresh, simple, bold foods that are endlessly satisfying.
